WHOLESALE OPERATİON SPECIALIST
• Manage the end-to-end order process for the wholesale channel, including order entry, tracking, and coordination
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of wholesale orders through internal systems
• Coordinate closely with logistics, warehouse, finance, and sales teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery
• Act as a key point of contact for wholesale partners regarding order status, delivery timelines, and operational inquiries
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate potential stock issues with relevant internal teams
• Support seasonal sales operations including order consolidation, tracking, and reporting
• Prepare and maintain regular sales and operational reports for the wholesale team
• Manage return and exchange processes in collaboration with internal departments
• Maintain accurate data and documentation within internal systems
• Identify and resolve operational issues in a proactive and solution-oriented manner
• Provide operational support to the wholesale sales team to help achieve sales targets
JOB DESCRIPTION
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, International Trade, Logistics, or a related field
• 2–4 years of experience in wholesale operations, sales operations, or retail operations (preferably within sportswear, fashion, or FMCG sectors)
• Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail
• Experience working with ERP systems and strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Analytical mindset with a proactive and problem-solving approach
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
