Join our dynamic team as a WHATNOT Sports Breaker, where you will play a crucial role in enhancing customer experiences through engaging product demonstrations and exceptional service. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sports and enjoy working in a fast-paced, customer-focused setting. This position will require you to be live streaming. (Your face won’t be shown, only your hands)
We’re looking for a high-energy, charismatic Whatnot Breaker who knows sports and trading cards inside and out. If you can hype up a break, entertain a live audience, and keep things organized and professional — we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Host Football/Basketball breaks.
- Provide outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers with inquiries and guiding them through their purchasing decisions.
- Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming shopping environment that encourages customer loyalty.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage customers effectively.
- Strong knowledge of sports (especially NFL, NBA) and trading cards (Panini, Topps, etc.).
- A passion for sports and an understanding of related products is highly desirable.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
- Confident and charismatic on camera — streaming or sales experience a plus.
- Familiarity with Whatnot platform is strongly preferred (but we’ll train the right candidate).
- Familiarity with Google Sheets and standard typing skills
