We are looking for a qualified Padel Coach to lead sessions with professionalism, consistency, and a strong focus on player development.
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver private and group coaching sessions for children and adults across different skill levels
• Plan and implement structured training programs covering technique, tactics, and match play
• Maintain a safe, organized, and engaging coaching environment
• Monitor player progress and provide constructive feedback
• Build strong relationships within the community to support program growth
• Assist in organizing community events and small tournaments
Candidate Profile
• Certified Padel Coach
• Minimum 2 years of coaching experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, reliable, and well-presented
• Able to manage sessions independently within community settings
