1. Client Success & Membership Manager
Convert prospects into long-term members through personalized consultations.
* Build strong relationships and ensure high member satisfaction and retention.
* Coordinate onboarding, renewals, referrals, and loyalty programs.
* Track member journeys and proactively resolve concerns.
* Achieve monthly membership, renewal, and referral targets.
2. Front Desk & Concierge
* Welcome members and guests with five-star hospitality.
* Manage appointments, billing, CRM, and visitor registrations.
* Coordinate client flow between diagnostics, coaching, and therapies.
* Answer enquiries and provide product and membership information.
* Ensure reception, waiting lounge, and client touchpoints remain immaculate.
3. Longevity Physician
* Conduct comprehensive longevity assessments and medical consultations.
* Review biomarkers, diagnostics, and health risks to create personalized plans.
* Oversee medical protocols and ensure clinical governance.
* Collaborate with coaches, nutritionists, and therapists on client outcomes.
* Conduct periodic health reviews across all company facilities.
4. Longevity Coaches
* Develop individualized health, fitness, and longevity roadmaps.
* Monitor client progress through regular reviews and coaching sessions.
* Encourage lifestyle changes covering sleep, exercise, nutrition, and stress.
* Coordinate with medical and therapy teams for integrated care.
* Maximize member engagement, retention, and measurable health improvements.
5. Performance Coach / Exercise Physiologist
* Conduct functional movement, strength, mobility, and VO₂ Max assessments.
* Design evidence-based exercise and performance programs.
* Improve posture, balance, flexibility, and injury prevention.
* Track measurable fitness outcomes using advanced technology.
* Support members in achieving longevity-focused performance goals.
6. Recovery Therapists
* Deliver recovery therapies including cryotherapy, compression, and red-light therapy.
* Educate clients on recovery protocols and treatment benefits.
* Operate wellness equipment safely and efficiently.
* Monitor therapy outcomes and client comfort.
* Maintain strict hygiene and equipment standards.
7. Nutritionist
* Develop personalized nutrition and supplement plans.
* Interpret biomarker results to improve metabolic health.
* Collaborate with Bake.fit to create healthy menu recommendations.
* Educate members through consultations and workshops.
* Monitor progress and adjust nutrition strategies regularly.
8. Personal Trainers

9. Equipment & Facility Technician
