Position: Wellness Coordinator PT 20
The Wellness Coordinator is responsible for development, implementation monitoring, and evaluating wellness programs for employees that promote healthy lifestyles and work environment.
Minimum
Education and Experience:
* Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in a related field ( e.g., Health and Wellness, Psychology, Nutrition, Exercise Science, etc. ) and two years of related experience and/or training wellness coaching, health coaching, or equivalent combination of education, experience, and/or certification
* Strong knowledge of wellness principles, including mental health, nutrition, physcial activity, stress management, and mindfulness
* Excellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work with diverse employee populations
* Ability to design and facilitate engaging workshops and presentations
Licensure/Certification :
* Valid NYS Driver’s License. Access to personal vehicle to transport self to various programs
