Position Overview
Elite Wellness Performance & Recovery is seeking a motivated, professional, and energetic Wellness Assistant to join our growing team in Ashburn, Virginia.
At Elite Wellness, we combine performance training, sports science, recovery services, and health education to help athletes and active individuals perform at their highest level. The Wellness Assistant plays a critical role in creating an exceptional client experience while supporting daily operations throughout the facility.
This position is ideal for individuals pursuing careers in exercise science, kinesiology, athletic training, physical therapy, sports medicine, health promotion, or related fields. Team members will gain hands-on experience working alongside experienced professionals in a fast-paced performance and recovery environment.
Primary ResponsibilitiesClient Experience & Front Desk Operations
- Welcome clients, patients, athletes, and families in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, emails, and text inquiries
- Schedule appointments and assist with client check-in/check-out procedures
- Provide information regarding Elite Wellness services, programs, and memberships
- Maintain accurate client records and scheduling systems
Recovery & Provider Support
- Prepare treatment and recovery rooms before and after appointments
- Assist providers with operational needs throughout the day
- Educate clients on available recovery services and help guide them toward appropriate offerings
- Ensure recovery equipment and treatment areas are clean, organized, and ready for use
Facility Operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the facility
- Monitor inventory and restock supplies as needed
- Assist with laundry, equipment sanitation, and daily facility upkeep
- Conduct routine inspections of treatment rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to ensure a professional client experience
Community & Team Support
- Support special events, workshops, and community outreach initiatives
- Assist with social media content collection and promotional activities when needed
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive, welcoming, and professional environment

- Interest in health, fitness, sports performance, rehabilitation, or wellness
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Professional demeanor and strong attention to detail
- Comfortable learning about performance training and recovery services

Compensation
Paid position. Compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and availability.
Pay: $16.00 – $20.00 per hour
