Job Summary
We’re looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and energetic Youth Soccer Coaches who love working with children and have a passion for sports, fitness, and youth development.
As a Soccer Stars Coach, you’ll lead fun, engaging, and age-appropriate soccer classes that help children develop fundamental skills, confidence, teamwork, and a love for the game.
This is a great opportunity for coaches, athletes, teachers, or anyone who enjoys working with kids and wants a flexible, rewarding weekend position.
Schedule & Availability
We are currently hiring coaches with availability for:
- Weekend mornings
- Weekend afternoons
- Additional weekday afternoon hours may be available
Candidates must be able to commit to a consistent weekly schedule.
Responsibilities
- Lead high-energy soccer classes using our structured curriculum
- Teach beginner-friendly soccer skills including dribbling, passing, shooting, teamwork, and coordination
- Create a positive, safe, and engaging environment for children
- Adjust activities based on age and skill level
- Build relationships with children, families, and school partners
- Set up and break down equipment before and after sessions
- Communicate professionally with parents, site staff, and our team
- Arrive on time, prepared, and ready to coach
Requirements
Required:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to class locations
- Available consistently on weekends
- Positive, energetic personality and comfortable leading groups of children
- Must pass required background checks
Preferred:
- Experience working with children (coaching, teaching, camps, childcare, etc.)
- Soccer experience (playing or coaching)
- CPR/First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain)
