Job Requirements:
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience
- At least 3 years of experience in warehouse management, and understand the warehouse and logistic work flow deeply with experience in the stationery, retail, or FMCG industries ( Extensive SKU management experience) preferred.
- Familiarity with warehouse management processes and modern warehousing technologies, with some team management experience.
Skills
- Strong organizational and coordination skills to manage and optimize daily warehouse operations efficiently.
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems( Express), and office software (e.g., Excel).
- Strong data analysis capabilities to evaluate warehouse data and optimize processes.
- Excellent communication and team management skills, capable of motivating and leading a team to achieve goals.
Language Requirements
- Thai & English is necessary, if can speak Chinese better.
Personal Qualities
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Highly responsible, able to remain calm under pressure and respond quickly to challenges.
- Strong teamwork skills, able to coordinate with different departments effectively.
