We’re looking for a warehouse associate to join our team in Amherst, NY. The warehouse associate is responsible for performing all aspects of Inventory operations: shipping and receiving, prepare and packing order, inventory stocking activities and delivering inventory to businesses.
Responsibilities
- Receive, unload trucks, unpack, and inspect shipments of products. Report any damage, missing items, or inconsistencies as directed.
- Assist in the maintenance of merchandise counts and transfers within the inventory system.
- Assist in physical inventories.
- Pick, Pack and Ship orders to customers.
- Deliver inventory to customers and contractors.
- Maintain cleanliness of the warehouse, recycling program, collecting cardboard and placing in the appropriate areas.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.

- Computer knowledge and good communication skills.
- Must possess basic math skills and have the ability to handle counts accurately.

- Comply with warehouse safety standards
- Safe operation electrical walk behind forklift and pallet jack
- Driving license to drive company’s van.
Physical Requirements
- Must have the ability to carry and lift up to 55 pounds and stand all day.
- Frequent bending, stooping, carrying, walking, and reaching above the shoulders.
