- About the Role
huupe is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics & Warehouse Specialist to support our growing operations. This role is a hybrid position, requiring both on-site warehouse presence in Pico Rivera and remote work depending on operational needs.
You will play a critical role in ensuring accurate, timely, and efficient movement of inventory, while supporting logistics coordination across our supply chain.
- Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping
- Ensure accuracy of all inbound and outbound shipments
- Coordinate and manage LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) and parcel shipments
- Work closely with carriers, 3PL partners, and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries
- Perform regular inventory checks, cycle counts, and reconciliation
- Investigate and resolve shipping discrepancies, damages, and mispacks
- Maintain organized warehouse layout and ensure proper handling of goods
- Support returns (RMA) processing and rework coordination
- Assist in improving logistics workflows and cost efficiencies
- Maintain accurate records in internal systems and shipping platforms
- Qualifications
- 2–5+ years experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain
- Strong experience with LTL shipping and freight coordination
- Proven track record of ensuring high accuracy in shipments and inventory
- Familiarity with shipping systems (e.g., UPS, FedEx, freight brokers, TMS/WMS)
- Ability to work both independently and cross-functionally
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in a hybrid environment (warehouse + remote)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical warehouse tasks as needed
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with consumer hardware or e-commerce products
- Knowledge of international shipping and import/export processes
- Experience with inventory management systems
