Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Wakeboard Cablepark Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring smooth on water operations during from day to day. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, guest service skills, and the ability to manage various responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Duties
- Operate and maintain cable throughout the day to day operations.
- Help keep Tsr safe for Customers and Coworkers.
- Ensure our guests have a high quality experience.
- Collaborate with event coordinators and technical staff to prepare for upcoming events.
- Provide exceptional guest services by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise during operations.
- Handle emergency situations accurately when required, maintaining proper level of care for all guests.
- Engage with children and families, creating a welcoming atmosphere for all attendees.
- Utilize public speaking skills for coaching or provide information to guests as needed.
- Exhibit conflict management skills to effectively address any challenges that may occur during events.

Requirements
- Previous experience on a Wakeboard/board, or willing to learn. On site training is available.
- Background in hospitality is advantageous.
- Experience with events management is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on public speaking.
- Ability to handle cash transactions responsibly and accurately.
- Demonstrated conflict management abilities to navigate challenging situations effectively.
- Familiarity with water sports, have a mechanical backgrounds or resort environments is a plus.
- A passion for working with children and creating engaging experiences for families.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required by schedules.
