Position Summary
The Volleyball Coordinator will grow the volleyball program and provide outstanding customer service to all members. They will do this by promoting, selling and organizing all volleyball club programs and delivering on the Life Time brand through the volleyball experience. This role will work closely with the Activity Center to drive business and ensure processes are aligned with Member Services and the Life Time Brand. The Volleyball Coordinator is passionate and enthusiastic about Life Time and Volleyball as a whole.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Develops, leads and effectively executes strategies to support the service profit chain
- Responsible for achieving or exceeding monthly and annual department budget, retention goal, and KPI’s
- Manages the hiring process of new Team Members including recruiting, interviewing, training, and providing performance feedback as needed
- Facilitates department meetings, team member engagement and team member support
- Engages with fellow club leadership to drive optimal team member and member retention
- Interacts with members to obtain feedback on quality of product, service levels and overall satisfaction
Position Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Less than 1 year of experience
- General knowledge of volleyball rules and regulations
- Excellent customer service and promotional skills
- Ability to resolve conflicts in a professional, tactful manner
- Knowledge of computer software such as Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Preferred Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build relationships with members
- Extensive knowledge of all club activities and promotions
Pay
This is an hourly position with wages starting at $13.25 and pays up to $15.75, based on experience and qualifications.
