Position Summary
The Volleyball Coach is responsible for teaching fundamental and advanced volleyball skills in a safe, structured, and positive training environment. The coach will lead drills, develop athletes’ technical abilities, promote teamwork, and ensure proper supervision during practices, clinics, camps, or private sessions.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and lead volleyball practices and skill development sessions
- Teach fundamental skills (serving, passing, setting, hitting, blocking, rotations)
- Develop age-appropriate drills and conditioning routines
- Supervise athletes to ensure safety at all times
- Provide constructive feedback and skill correction
- Promote teamwork, sportsmanship, and discipline
- Set up and break down volleyball equipment (nets, poles, balls)
- Communicate effectively with parents and facility management
- Assist with camps, clinics, tournaments, or special events
- Maintain a clean and organized training area
Job Type: Part-time
