We are looking for a dedicated VIP Account Manager to join our team and deliver exceptional personalized service to our most valuable players.
Your main responsibility
Proactive consultation and comprehensive support for VIP players – building long-term relationships, solving any issues promptly, increasing player satisfaction, loyalty and lifetime value
.
Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned high-value players
- Provide fast, professional and friendly support via chat, email, phone/messenger
- Consult players on games, bonuses, promotions and platform features
- Monitor player activity, identify needs and prevent potential churn
- Handle inquiries, complaints and special requests with high level of care
- Maintain detailed player profiles and ensure excellent VIP experience at every step
We expect from you
- At least 1 year of experience in customer support / VIP support / account management in iGaming (online casino, sportsbook, poker etc.)
- Excellent command of English (both written and spoken — C1+)
- Understanding of the iGaming industry, player psychology and retention techniques
- High level of empathy, stress-resistance and ability to handle demanding clients
- Proactive attitude, responsibility and attention to detail
- Confident PC user, quick learner, ready to work with CRM/internal systems
- Experience in proactive calls
