Title: Video Editor

Company: Little Thief Studio

Location: London Area, United Kingdom

Little Thief Studio is looking for a Video Editor to help deliver content for some of the biggest names in sport.

Who we are:

We are an award-winning London-based multi-media creative studio specialising in end-to-end video content. For more than 7 years, we’ve crafted standout content for marketing and events teams as well as sponsors and partners, helping bring every client’s vision to life with creativity and precision.

The job:

  • The Video Editor will be responsible for producing standout content for social and digital platforms on behalf of our high-profile clients. We’re looking for someone with a genuine passion for sport – particularly football – and a deep understanding of how to create engaging, platform-led content.
  • The ideal candidate will thrive under tight deadlines, understand client needs intuitively, and consistently push creative boundaries.
  • This is a hybrid role, working three days a week on-site at the client’s North-West London offices, with the flexibility to work from home for the remaining two days.

What you’ll do:

  • Play a key role across the full video production cycle, contributing to ideation, editing, and final delivery of content across the client’s channels.
  • Produce high-quality edits for existing content strands and features, adapting them into multiple formats and aspect ratios for different platforms.
  • Work to a structured content calendar, delivering a steady flow of ‘business as usual’ assets while maintaining consistency and quality.
  • Follow all established workflows, including project structure, file setup, and naming conventions, ensuring smooth collaboration and efficient version control.
  • There will be the potential opportunity to travel within the role.

What you’ll bring:

  • A minimum of four years’ experience in video editing, with strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and a proven ability to deliver polished, engaging content.
  • Working knowledge of After Effects, with the ability to integrate motion graphics and simple animations into edits where required.
  • A solid understanding of social platform optimisation, and hands-on experience creating video packages for platforms such as Facebook, X/Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • A creative mindset, with confidence working within brand guidelines, adapting to varied content needs, and delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ensuring clarity and collaboration across teams and with clients.
  • Strong sports knowledge, particularly football, with an understanding of how fans engage with content across digital channels.
  • The ability to maintain positive, effective working relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • A basic understanding of Photoshop and Illustrator (advantageous, but not essential).
  • An open-minded, flexible approach, and the ability to work confidently with people at all levels.
  • A genuine interest in growing your skills and learning more about digital sport content and evolving creative trends.
