Natural Vet Palm Beach is seeking to add an US-licensed Veterinarian to expand our thriving integrative medicine practice team. This role involves diagnosing and treating lameness and involves 75% sports medicine. What You’ll Do
- Provide high-quality medical and preventive veterinary care.
- Collaborate with our team to develop personalized treatment plans that integrate conventional and complementary therapies.
- Build trusted relationships with our loyal and appreciative client base.
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented workplace focused on excellence and compassion.
- Conduct thorough examinations of animals to assess their health and diagnose any medical conditions.
- Develop treatment plans for various health issues, including administering medications.
- Sports medicine, emergency care, and critical care services for injured or ill horses.
- Maintain accurate medical records, including patient histories, treatment plans, and progress notes.
- Educate horseowners on proper care, nutrition, and preventive health measures.
- Perform routine procedures such as vaccinations and blood work.
- Collaborate with veterinary technicians and support staff to ensure efficient clinic operations.
- Stay updated on advancements in veterinary medicine through continuous education and training.
What We’re Looking For
- Active US Veterinary License (preferably Florida/New York state licensed)
- Excellent communication and client service skills.
- A collaborative, positive attitude and commitment to outstanding patient care.
- Equine Veterinary experience is highly desirable.
- New graduates are considered with an equine background
- Equine imaging skills are highly desirable.
- Familiarity with laboratory procedures related to diagnostics is an asset.
- Interest in integrative, complementary medicine is preferred but not required—we’re happy to support professional growth and continuing education.
