User Acquisition Collaborator Jobs in Phường Tân Hưng, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam at VNGGames
Title: User Acquisition Collaborator
Company: VNGGames
Location: Phường Tân Hưng, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
1. Role Purpose
The UA Collaborator supports the UA Specialist in executing User Acquisition campaigns across VNGGames’ portfolio, with focus on SEA markets including VN, TH, ID, and RoSEA.
The role covers two core scopes: campaign operations and creative execution. Key responsibilities include campaign setup support, daily monitoring, hygiene checks, reconciliation support, creative briefing, production tracking and post-test synthesis.
This is an execution-heavy role and does not own UA strategy or budget allocation. However, the role is expected to proactively support the creative-performance feedback loop by identifying learnings and proposing data-informed iterate / kill / scale recommendations.
2. Key Responsibilities
2.1. Campaign Operations
Campaign setup
- Set up campaigns / ad sets / ads per the UA Specialist's brief across Meta, Google UAC, TikTok, ASA, and new networks as they are onboarded.
- Ensure naming conventions follow Growth standards.
Daily monitoring
- Check budget pacing, CPI, CPM, install volume, and D1 / D3 / D7 ROAS daily.
- Report on anomalies to the UA Specialist within 2 working hours.
Campaign hygiene
- Pause creatives below performance thresholds (CTR, IPM, CPI failing benchmark).
- Update bids / budgets per the UA Specialist's direction.
- Refresh audiences when needed.
2.2. Creative Brief, Production & Performance Feedback
Creative briefing
- Translate creative angles defined by the UA Specialist into production-ready briefs sent to MnD / CTS-Service or external vendors.
- Each brief covers: hook, key message, format spec, reference, deadline, target market.
Production tracking & vendor SLA
- Track production progress, follow up with vendors / production teams, and ensure creatives are delivered on time.
Creative QC
- Review creative output before upload: correct network specs (aspect ratio, duration, file size), aligned with the brief, compliant with platform policies, and properly localized (VN / TH / ID / EN).
Test-and-scale execution
- Execute the Creative Test-and-Scale SOP per the Creative Intelligence Lead's flowchart (CTR gate $rightarrow$ ROAS gate).
- Pull data at each gate and recommend kill / iterate / scale; the UA Specialist makes the final call.
Performance feedback loop
- Pull daily / weekly creative performance summaries (top / bottom by CTR, IPM, CVR, fatigue signals) for the production team to inform the next cycle.
- Compile quarterly post-test learnings (what scaled, what was killed, why) for the Creative Intelligence Lead to refine the framework.
3. Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in UA, performance marketing, digital marketing, or media buying. Junior-mid level; must have hands-on experience setting up and optimizing campaigns independently (not only under close supervision).
- Hands-on experience with at least one platform: Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads. Solid understanding of core metrics: CPI, CPN, CTR, IPM, ROAS (D1/D3/D7).
- Genuine interest and knowledge of football or billiards – follows tournaments, understands the rules, familiar with player community culture. Passionate about esports games, mobile esports in particular. This is a real requirement, not a CV tick-box: the candidate will need to read sports-related creatives and judge which hooks resonate with the audience.
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills: pivot tables, vlookup, basic formulas. Familiar with VN number format.
- English proficiency: able to read documentation and write emails / briefs to vendors and ad platform partners.
- Detail-oriented with numbers; consistent habit of double-checking before reporting.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment; available on standby during launch windows and major events.
- Hard-working, fast learner, willing to try new things.
