You can expect a flexible schedule ranging from 5-40 hours per week with opportunities for mentorship and professional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coach athletes in upper-level recreation and competitive gymnastics
• Develop positive relationships with athletes and their families
• Plan engaging training sessions that focus on skill development
• Ensure safety and promote safe sport practices
• Communicate effectively with team members and athletes
Requirements:
• Experience coaching gymnastics at various levels
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities
• Positive, energetic attitude
• Ability to work evenings and weekends
• NCCP certification preferred
