Pay Range: $40,000–$95,000 annually

About the Role
Zenvy Wellness is expanding and is recruiting multiple Treatment Specialists at select locations. No prior experience with our technology is required — training is provided. This is a hands-on, patient-facing treatment role with opportunities to take on clinic leadership responsibilities over time, based on experience and performance.
What You’ll Do
- Support patients during visits and ensure a positive experience
- Prepare treatment rooms and assist with clinic flow
- Administer wellness treatments based on clinic modalities
- Support clinic operations as they relate to patient care and treatment flow
- Communicate clinic needs and patient experience feedback to leadership
This role involves regular patient interaction, education, and guiding patients through treatment expectations.
Who This Is For
This role is ideal for candidates with backgrounds in:
- Physical therapy, rehab, or sports medicine
- Chiropractic or orthopedic clinics (DCs or junior DCs welcome)
- Anatomy-based wellness or movement-focused care
- Medical assistants with hands-on treatment experience
Some candidates may start as Treatment Specialists and grow into Clinic Manager roles based on experience, performance, and ownership mindset.
