TRAINING EXECUTİVE
• Bachelor’s degree from a relevant field,
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in training, retail, or the sportswear industry,
• Preferably experienced in product training, in-store training, or field training,
• Strong interest in sports and performance products,
• Excellent presentation and communication skills,
• Confident in delivering trainings to large groups,
• Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills,
• Analytical mindset with reporting capabilities,
• Proficiency in MS Office applications,
• Fluent in English,
• No travel restrictions,
• Dynamic, energetic, and a strong team player.
JOB DESCRIPTION
• Develop comprehensive and effective training content on On brand’s product portfolio, technologies, and collections,
• Deliver in-person and online product trainings to sales teams, store employees, and business partners,
• Create, update, and maintain training materials (presentations, guides, videos, digital content, etc.),
• Take an active role in new product launch processes and manage related training plans,
• Monitor product knowledge levels of sales teams and propose action plans for development areas,
• Adapt training materials provided by global teams to the local market,
• Work closely with retail teams in the field to conduct needs analysis,
• Measure and report training performance and effectiveness,
• Provide active support in brand events, launches, and other related organizations.
