📌 Roles & Responsibility
As a Training Staff of HR team, your main responsibilities will be:
- Report directly to main P.I.C;
- Join as a partner with internal stakeholders to conduct training needs assessment and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed;
- Develop and implement annual training plan under guidance of P.I.C;
- Monitor training progress and recommend adjustments when necessary;
- Conduct orientation training for new employees;
- Coordinate all training programs and events, including act as a contact point for internal/ external stakeholders, manage/ update schedules and learning records while ensuring requirements for a learning course;
- Ensure proper preparation of training logistics, materials, attendance tracking, and documentation.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs;
- Organize internal competency exams (online/ offline);
- Manage training database (course list, trainee list, cost, material, ..);
- Source and find vendors to provide suitable courses;
- Assist with vendor contract management and payment matters;
- Prepare training reports assigned by Leaders;
- Other tasks, ask designation by HR TL.
📌 Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in related areas;
- 1-2 years of working experience in Training in a company of more than 200 employees;
- Strong in presentation & facilitation skill;
- Good at English communication skill (verbal & written);
- Well-organized, resourceful and ability to handle multi-tasks;
- Positive thinking & supportive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision;
- MS Office efficiency; experience with LMS is a plus.
- Confidence in delivering soft skills training and designing impactful learning solutions aligned with business needs is a plus
