What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Partner with analysts and trading teams to optimize trading settings, balancing risk prevention and customer experience
- Serve as a subject matter expert on trading performance, providing insights across marketing, product, and VIP teams
- Oversee new trading initiatives, analyzing performance and customer behavior impact
- Collaborate with Trading Support and Trading Operations teams to improve settlement times for accuracy and timeliness
- Develop and deliver real-time and retroactive performance reporting in collaboration with Business Intelligence and Trading Support teams
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills, with the ability to identify trends within large datasets
- Experience in a trading role at a major operator is a plus
- Proficient in SQL and programming languages such as Python or R
- Strong communication skills with experience in managing relationships and addressing performance concerns
