Track & Field Positions

The mission of Marianapolis Preparatory School is to educate students in the Catholic tradition of

Event Coach Track and Field Coaching Positions:

Marianapolis Preparatory School seeks qualified coaches in several events/events groups to join

the Track and Field Team. These events include, but are not limited to, Long Jump/Triple

Jump/High Jump, Pole Vault, Hurdles, and Javelin. There are opportunities to coach in the

outdoor as well as indoor season. The qualified applicant ideally has competed Track and Field

at the college/university level and/or has three to five years coaching experience. Successful

candidates will have strong interpersonal communication skills, a sense of humor, display an

advanced technical knowledge of events, and demonstrate an ability to maintain professional

conduct and act as a role-model to student athletes. Preference will be given to candidates who

have:

• Ability to coach multiple events
• Interest in recruiting potential student-athletes
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and video-editing software
• Willingness and ability to obtain a PSL driving certification and support transportation of

the student-athletes
