As a Tour Desk & Water Sports Supervisor, you will play a key role in leading, developing, and inspiring teams responsible for tour sales and water sports operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while achieving commercial and operational goals.

Your impact

You will lead and empower the Tour Desk & Water Sports teams to maximize sales opportunities, deliver outstanding customer experiences, and ensure safe and efficient operations. Through performance management, coaching, and operational excellence, you will contribute directly to revenue growth, service quality, and team development.

What you will do

  • Lead, coordinate, and support Tour Desk and Water Sports teams to consistently achieve commercial and service objectives.
  • Monitor sales performance, penetration, conversion, SPH, and operational KPIs to identify opportunities and drive results.
  • Implement and standardize NexusTours sales, service, and operational procedures.
  • Develop action plans and strategies to improve team performance, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure team members maintain strong product, destination, and safety knowledge.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and support to foster engagement and professional growth.
  • Ensure compliance with operational, safety, and service standards across all activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel partners, suppliers, and key stakeholders.
  • Support daily operational needs while ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

How success is measured

  • Achievement of sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Improvement in penetration, conversion, SPH, and other commercial KPIs.
  • Customer satisfaction and service quality performance.
  • Compliance with operational and safety standards.
  • Team productivity, engagement, and development.
  • Strong relationships with hotel partners and suppliers.

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience leading or supervising teams in tourism, excursions, water sports, hospitality, or related industries.
  • Experience in the DMC, travel, tourism, or hospitality sector.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Passion for customer service, technology, and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and coaching skills.
  • Advanced English is preferred.
