We are seeking an experienced Tooling Engineer to lead the design, development, validation, and continuous improvement of tooling solutions that support our footwear manufacturing operations.
This role requires hands-on experience in tooling design, injection molding processes, tooling troubleshooting, and manufacturing support. The successful candidate will work closely with Production, Engineering, Quality, and Development teams to ensure tooling performance, durability, and production efficiency.

Must-Have Requirements
Please apply only if you meet the following requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Tooling Engineer in a manufacturing environment.
- Proven experience in tooling design, tooling development, and tooling troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience with injection molding processes and mold development.
- Proficient in at least one professional CAD software such as: SolidWorks, CATIA, Siemens NX, and Creo.
- Experience supporting tooling from design through production implementation.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, engineering drawings, tolerances, and tooling validation.
- Willing to work full-time on-site.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop tooling solutions including molds, jigs, fixtures, and related manufacturing tools.
- Analyze product requirements and translate them into practical and cost-effective tooling designs.
- Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams to optimize tooling performance.
- Conduct tooling trials, validation activities, and production readiness assessments.
- Troubleshoot tooling issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
- Monitor tooling performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with internal and external tooling suppliers when required.
- Ensure tooling designs comply with quality, safety, and manufacturing standards.
- Support new product introduction and tooling development projects.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in footwear manufacturing.
- Experience with rubber, EVA, TPU, or polymer injection molding processes.
- Experience managing tooling projects from concept through mass production.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
