The Role
Are you living on the "For You Page"? Do you find yourself analysing why a product went viral before you’ve even finished your morning coffee?
Strudel is a TikTok-first agency obsessed with TikTok Shop. We power creator-led selling for some of the biggest names in the game—think Too Faced, Beachwaver, Nature Spell, and Sports Research. We’ve also run killer influencer campaigns for icons like Gucci, Casetify, and Sanrio.
We are looking for a hungry, TikTok-native Intern to join our team. This isn’t a "get the coffee" kind of internship. You’ll be in the trenches of social commerce, helping us turn views into sales and creators into brand powerhouses.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Creator Scouting: Identifying the next generation of talent to represent our world-class clients.
- Campaign Support: Assisting with the end-to-end execution of TikTok Shop affiliate programs.
- Trend Spotting: Keeping the team ahead of the curve by identifying "viral-ready" trends.
- Operational Magic: Helping manage back-end TikTok Shop tasks and ensuring our creators have everything they need to succeed.

- A Proactive Hustler: You don’t wait for tasks; you look for ways to add value.
- London-Based: You’re excited to join us in our Barbican office, 2-3 days a week for high-energy collaboration sessions.
