Life in the fast lane
As our Ticketing Experience Coordinator, you will be joining our Ticketing & Commercial Operations team, who make up part of the Commercial Division.
This is a permanent position, based at our Head Office in St Kilda.
Reporting to the Manager – Ticketing & Experiences, the Ticketing Experience Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the delivery of a seamless and high-quality customer journey across all ticketing products for the Formula 1® Australian Grand Prix and the Australian Motorcycle Grand Prix. Working with the Ticketing & Commercial Operations team, the role supports ticketing operations across all fan-facing touchpoints, including General Admission, Grandstand ticketing and associated products.
Additionally, you will:
- Support the day-to-day processing of ticket operations, including maintaining accurate records of these transactions and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Assist in setting up events for on sale and helps monitor inventory across General Admission, Grandstand, and upgrade products
- Support the end-to-end delivery of operational requirements across ticketing and customer experience, including signage, printed collateral, fulfilment distribution and access control.
- Proactively identify and escalate emerging issues, ensuring clear communication and visibility.
- Serve as the escalation point for complex customer enquiries, including supporting the Customer Service team during peak periods across all channels as required.
What you'll bring to the role:
- 2 – 3 years’ experience in a customer service environment
- Knowledge of ticketing systems (Ticketmaster Archtics & Host preferred but not required)
- Understanding of CRM applications
- Strong customer service and sales skills with the ability to upsell and influence
- Strong organisational skills and time management skills, and the ability to work across multiple projects at once
- Experience and efficiency in excel and keen eye for attention to detail.
- The ability to work collaboratively with the team and autonomously and independent
- A current Police Check and Victorian Working with Children Check (Employee), or be willing to obtain
