Therapeutic Riding Instructor Jobs in Hudson at Kiddy Up Ranch
CTRI therapeutic Riding Instructor / or equivalent Instructor experience
Must prepare lesson plans and progress notes
Set arena for a fun learning environment including crafts for our kinetic and tactile learners .
Communicate nicely to volunteers lesson plans and needs to have a safe , fun and goal oriented experience for our participants.
Assist in volunteer training and appreciation
Complete continuous education and trainings available.
Communicate safety plans often and clearly
Rotate horses and check for soundness and mental health of our equine partners .
Communicate with barn manager the needs for therapeutic program.
Communicate with parents and caregivers .
Professionalism in appearance and representation of Kiddy Up Mission and core values .
Participate in special events
Maintain a clean and well represented therapeutic environment
Report to Program Manager any needs or concerns
Confirm lessons and enforce Kiddy Up Policies and procedures .
