Key Responsibilities:
• Implement person-centered recreation programs effectively
• Assess and evaluate resident progress regularly
• Conduct interviews for resident activity histories
• Assist in preparing monthly recreation reports

Requirements:
• Minimum one year of experience in recreation activities
• Active Food Safe and Serving It Right certifications
• Ability to work in an interdisciplinary team
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Flexible in shift scheduling
