Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Racket Sports Professional to join our team. This is a lead teaching position. As a Tennis Professional, you will be responsible for providing high-quality tennis instruction and coaching to players of all ages and skill levels. Ideal candidate will be able to take a lead role in our junior program and also in our adult programming. The ability to teach pickleball and run events is also desired
Duties:
– Conduct individual and group tennis lessons for players of various ages and skill levels
– Develop personalized training programs based on the needs and goals of each player
– Teach proper techniques, strategies, and rules of the game
– Provide feedback and guidance to help players improve their performance
– Organize and supervise tennis clinics, camps, and tournaments
– Assist with court maintenance and equipment setup as needed
– Ensure a safe and inclusive environment for all participants
– Promote sportsmanship, teamwork, and a positive attitude among players
Skills:
– Experience in teaching tennis to players of all levels. Pickleball teaching experience is a plus
– Excellent communication skills to effectively convey instructions and provide feedback
– Ability to manage behavior and maintain discipline during training sessions
– Physical fitness to demonstrate proper techniques and actively participate in training sessions. Playing level of 4.5 & above preferred

Pay: $16.00 – $70.00 per hour
