Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Tennis Coach role based in Dubai. The Tennis Coach will be responsible for developing tailored training programs, conducting private and group tennis lessons, and providing high-quality instruction to players of varying skill levels. Additional responsibilities include evaluating player progress, fostering a positive environment, and ensuring excellent customer service during interactions with players and clients. Supporting the growth and development of players' technical, tactical, and physical skills is paramount in this role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Tennis Instruction, including the ability to coach players of diverse skill levels
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to cultivate positive relationships and address player needs effectively
- Experience in Training, mentoring, and guiding players to improve their performance
- Passion for tennis and a professional approach to coaching and player development
- Relevant coaching certification or qualification is preferred
