Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and passionate Tennis Coach to inspire players of all ages and skill levels. In this role, you will deliver dynamic tennis lessons, foster a positive learning environment, and promote the sport within the community. Your enthusiasm and expertise will help ignite a love for tennis while ensuring safety and skill development for every participant.
Duties
- Lead engaging tennis lessons tailored to various age groups and skill levels
- Develop personalized training plans to help players improve their technique and strategy
- Create a fun, inclusive atmosphere that encourages participation and sportsmanship
- Monitor players’ progress and provide constructive feedback for continual growth
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed during lessons and activities
- Assist in organizing community tennis events, clinics, or tournaments
- Maintain equipment and ensure courts are safe, clean, and well-prepared for sessions
Requirements
- Proven experience in sports coaching, teaching, or similar roles with a focus on tennis preferred
- Strong background in physical education, sports coaching, or related disciplines
- Experience working with children or youth in recreational or educational settings
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques to foster positive learning environments
- Ability to motivate participants and adapt coaching methods to diverse needs
