Qualifications
- High school diploma required.
- Prior coaching experience at the high school, club, or collegiate level preferred.
- Knowledge of rules, strategies, and training techniques.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to motivate and mentor student-athletes.
- PIAA Certification required within 2 years to be able to coach a PIAA sport.
