Role Overview:
We're looking for a driven Telesales Consultant to drive sales for Cultfit, our fitness platform.
You'll connect with potential customers, understand their fitness needs, and pitch Cultfit's
offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
– Make outbound calls to potential customers
– Understand customer requirements
– Handle objections and close sales
– Meet monthly sales targets
– Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups
Required Skills:
– 1+ years of telesales experience (fitness/sports industry a plus)
– Excellent communication and persuasion skills
– Comfortable with target-driven sales role
– Basic understanding of fitness/ workout trends a plus
