About Pepti
Pepti is a telehealth platform built around doctor-prescribed peptide therapy and wellness medicine. We cover weight loss, including GLP-1s, recovery peptides like BPC-157 and TB-500, hormones including TRT and BHRT, longevity, intimacy, skin, and performance-focused treatments.
All treatments are reviewed by licensed providers, compounded through licensed U.S. pharmacy partners, and shipped directly to patients.

The Role
This role has two main parts:
- Async clinical reviews
You will review patient intake forms, approve or deny treatment when medically appropriate, and write prescriptions for eligible patients through our platform.
Each review should take roughly 5–10 minutes. Volume will grow as Pepti grows, but we expect around 5–25 intakes per week to start. This is fully async and can be done on your own schedule.
- On-camera physician content
You will also help create short-form educational content for Pepti across Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
We handle the scripting, production direction, editing, and posting. You bring clinical credibility, your face, your voice, and your judgment.
This would start with a few short videos per month, recorded from your home or office.
What You’ll Do
Review patient intakes within 24 business hours
Approve or deny treatment based on clinical judgment
Issue prescriptions through our HIPAA-compliant platform
Respond to occasional patient questions related to your prescribed protocols
Record short-form educational video content
Help guide Pepti’s clinical standards so we stay aligned with FDA, state board, and LegitScript expectations
Required
Active MD or DO license in good standing in at least one U.S. state
Clean DEA registration
Comfortable prescribing compounded GLP-1s, peptide therapies, TRT/BHRT, and related wellness medications when medically appropriate
Comfortable being on camera and publicly associated with Pepti
Strong communicator who can explain wellness medicine and peptide therapy in plain English
Reliable internet and a quiet space to record short videos
Multi-state licensure is preferred, but not required. Pepti can help cover additional state licensing and DEA expansion costs for the right candidate.
Nice to Have
Board certification in family medicine, internal medicine, endocrinology, sports medicine, longevity, or wellness medicine
Prior telehealth experience with companies like Hims, Ro, Henry, Mochi, Eden, or similar platforms
Existing Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube presence
Spanish-speaking
Compensation
This would start as a flexible 1099 role.
Compensation would be paid per intake review and per video.
As Pepti grows, there is a clear opportunity to move into a larger full-time role with more responsibility, steady compensation, and long-term upside.
Why This Role
Pepti is still early, which means this is not just another telehealth review role. You would help shape the clinical side of a brand from the ground up.
You will have real input on our protocols, content, treatment categories, patient experience, and how we position peptide therapy to the market.
