We are seeking an experienced 5G & GSM Manager to support the planning, deployment, and operational management of mobile network services for a major international football event in the Kingdom.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the planning, deployment, and operation of 5G and GSM networks across tournament venues and stadiums.
• Coordinate with Mobile Network Operators (MNOs), vendors, and stakeholders to ensure reliable network performance.
• Monitor network health, capacity, and service quality throughout the tournament lifecycle.
• Manage testing, commissioning, rehearsals, and operational readiness activities.
• Ensure compliance with technical standards, security requirements, and SLAs.
• Drive issue resolution and support live event operations with minimal service disruption.
• Prepare technical reports, documentation, and post-event analysis.
Requirements:
• Proven experience managing 5G and GSM network operations.
• Strong knowledge of mobile network technologies, RF planning, optimization, and telecom infrastructure.
• Experience working on large-scale events, stadiums, or critical infrastructure projects is highly preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, vendors, and telecom operators.
• Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Previous experience supporting international sporting events is an advantage.
