Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Sales Engineer based in Zagreb, Croatia. The successful candidate will engage with clients to understand their requirements, provide technical support, and deliver tailored solutions. Responsibilities include generating technical proposals, preparing cost estimates, facilitating seamless communication between the engineering and sales teams, and fostering relationships with customers. Additionally, the role involves negotiating and closing sales while ensuring customer satisfaction through pre and post-sales support.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Technical Sales and Sales Engineering, with an ability to bridge the gap between technical expertise and customer needs.
- Experience in Technical Support, with a focus on offering solutions and addressing client inquiries promptly.
- Exceptional Communication and interpersonal skills to build long-lasting relationships with clients and team members.
- Proven track record in Sales, including experience in identifying opportunities and closing deals.
- Ability to understand and interpret technical documentation and provide tailored solutions to meet client needs.
- Proficiency in time management and problem-solving.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. Previous experience in construction or manufacturing industries is a plus.
- Fluency in English is required; fluency in Croatian or other European languages is advantageous.
