Job Overview

We are seeking a Technical Customer Support team member who loves helping people, enjoys solving problems, takes pride in their work, and values contributing to team success.

This is a fully remote role where you will be an integral part of a collaborative team. Daily responsibilities include supporting customers through live chat, assisting clients via Zoom, and helping club administrators succeed with CourtReserve.

Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential. You will need a computer with a camera and reliable internet capable of supporting consistent video calls.

Role Details

  • Full Time: 40 hours per week
  • Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST
  • Location: Remote

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences through live chat
  • Maintain a responsive, professional, and trustworthy communication style
  • Provide clear, grammatically correct responses to troubleshoot issues, offer solutions, or escalate when needed
  • Utilize internal tools and systems to support team efficiency and success
  • Continuously expand product knowledge through active learning
  • Assist with additional support channels as needed, including phone, email, and help documentation
  • Receive and apply constructive feedback with a growth mindset
  • Collaborate effectively and contribute positively to the team environment

Qualifications

Required:

  • Computer with a camera and reliable internet capable of high quality video calls
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Collaborative mindset with willingness to learn and ask questions
  • Commitment to professional growth

Preferred

  • Previous experience supporting software or SaaS products
  • Patience and empathy when working with new users

Compensation

Salary: $50,000 annually
