GSA, the leading Greek brand of sportswear, is seeking an experienced Team Sales Manager to lead the development of its team sales channel.
This role focuses on expanding the B2B client base, managing and developing partner networks, and strengthening the company’s presence across teams, academies, and sports organizations in Greece and abroad .
Key Responsibilities
- Team Sales Development: Identify, approach, and develop partnerships with teams, schools, sports clubs, academies, and athletic organizations
- Network Management: Lead, support, and expand the network of partners and sales representatives
- Product Presentation & Promotion: Present and promote the full GSA product portfolio, aligning solutions with client needs
- Client-Centric Approach: Understand each organization’s requirements and deliver tailored, value-driven solutions
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, production , logistics, and product development teams to ensure market alignment and execution excellence
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales and/or partner network management
- Experience in the sportswear or related industry is considered a strong advantage
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Strong leadership ability, with a focus on motivating and developing partners
- Commercial mindset with a genuine passion for sports
