Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site Team Supervisor position based in Manheim, PA. The Team Supervisor will oversee daily operations, manage team performance, ensure smooth execution of activities, and address customer concerns. Responsibilities also include scheduling, staff training, enforcing policies, and maintaining facilities to ensure they meet the highest standards for safety, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction. Collaboration with other departments and effective communication with the team are key components of this role.
Qualifications
- Leadership and team management skills, including supervising and motivating staff and delegating tasks effectively
- Customer service and problem-solving skills to address concerns and ensure high-quality experiences for patrons
- Organizational skills for scheduling, monitoring team performance, and managing daily operations
- Basic understanding of safety and compliance standards for recreational facilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster teamwork
- Previous experience in a supervisory or similar leadership role is preferred
- Familiarity with the sports, fitness, or events industry is a plus
