Team Fire Basketball – Youth Basketball Coach Jobs in Marlboro at TEAM FIRE S.L
Team Fire Basketball is seeking a dedicated and experienced Basketball Coach to help develop and inspire our young athletes. We are looking for a positive role model who has a strong basketball background and a passion for teaching the game.
Responsibilities:
- Lead practices and games for youth basketball players.
- Teach fundamental and advanced basketball skills.
- Develop players’ basketball IQ, teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship.
- Create a positive, competitive, and encouraging learning environment.
- Communicate effectively with players, parents, and team management.
- Assist with player development plans and team strategy.
Qualifications:
- Previous basketball playing experience required (high school, college, semi-professional, or professional experience preferred).
- Prior coaching experience with youth athletes preferred.
- Strong knowledge of basketball fundamentals, game strategy, and player development.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and motivational skills.
- Reliable, professional, and committed to helping young athletes grow both on and off the court.
