Title: Team & Competitive Development Manager

Serve as the core communication bridge between the league and participating teams. You will be responsible for team relationship management, contractual benefit implementation, feedback collection and crisis communication, to build a stable, long-term and sustainable cooperative ecosystem with all teams.
Job Responsibilities
- Daily Liaison & Relationship Management with Teams： Communicate with team captains, coaches and other core staff to establish long-term communication channels. Follow up on team demands throughout the entire tournament cycle, coordinate internal resources to resolve issues, and maintain stable partnerships between the league and participating teams.
- Follow-up on Contractual Rights & Interests Implementation： Track the delivery of contractual benefits including brand exposure, interview opportunities, prize money and commercial arrangements. Coordinate internal resources covering media exposure, event support, sponsorship alignment, visa and travel arrangements, and monitor full execution progress to ensure all contractual commitments are fulfilled.
- Feedback Collection & Internal Process Optimization Regularly ：gather team feedback regarding competition formats, logistics, broadcast schedules and tournament arrangements. Summarize recurring pain points and drive internal optimization. Build standardized feedback workflows to improve response speed and processing transparency.
- Crisis Communication & New Team Onboarding Act ：as the league’s official contact point for teams during judgment disputes, public opinion incidents and tournament conflicts, and align teams with official statements and resolution procedures. Manage full onboarding for newly admitted teams including rule training and benefit briefings. Coordinate language, travel and cross-cultural arrangements for regional and international tournaments.
Job Requirements
- Familiar with FPS tournament frameworks, scheduling systems and league-team collaboration models, with in-depth knowledge of Southeast Asian esports ecosystem preferred.
- Well-versed in daily club operations, including training schedules, player transfers, content promotion and commercial cooperation.
- Outstanding communication, emotional control and cross-department coordination skills.
- Proficient in English for daily work.
- Capable of independently resolving complex issues while balancing official rules, stakeholder relations and practical execution.
- Strong ability to organize documents and categorize collected feedback.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in esports league operation, club management, player operation or sports league stakeholder management.
- Extensive knowledge of competitive tournaments for mainstream multiplayer games.
- Experience in cross-cultural communication and international tournament coordination.
