We’re partnering with our client, a dynamic media company, to find a talented Talent Relations Coordinator. This role is based in New York and/or Los Angeles and is offered as a Temp position. Join a team passionate about sports, culture, and entertainment, supporting guest appearances and talent sourcing for a leading network.
Talent Relations Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a system to manage content schedules across cultural and sports calendars.
- Maintain and update tracking documents related to entertainment releases, sporting events, and awards.
- Coordinate onsite guest appearances by organizing logistics and supporting execution.
- Assist the Talent Relations team with talent booking, project launches, and new show developments.
- Research and compile talent lists for various programming and podcast projects.
Talent Relations Coordinator Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in media, entertainment, or sports industries.
- Deep interest in culture, film & TV, sports, and music.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with a collaborative approach.
- Proactive, action-oriented, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments.
- Willing to travel and be onsite for tapings; familiar with pop culture and industry trends.
