Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Swimming Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for swimming and teaching, with the ability to inspire and motivate students of all ages and skill levels. This role involves developing swimming skills, promoting water safety, and fostering a positive learning environment. The Swimming Coach will work closely with students to enhance their swimming techniques while ensuring a fun and engaging atmosphere.
Duties
- Conduct swimming lessons for individuals and groups, tailored to various skill levels.
- Develop training programs that focus on improving swimming techniques and overall fitness.
- Monitor students’ progress and provide constructive feedback to help them achieve their goals.
- Promote water safety and ensure all participants adhere to safety guidelines during lessons.
- Collaborate with parents or guardians to discuss student progress and address any concerns.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment in the pool area, ensuring all equipment is in good condition.
- Utilize behavior management strategies to create a positive learning environment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in lifeguarding, competitive swimming and swim team coaching is preferred.
- Background in sports coaching or teaching, particularly in swimming is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with students of all ages.
- Ability to teach physical education concepts related to swimming and fitness.
- A passion for health and wellness, promoting an active lifestyle among participants.
- Work well with others in the company and communicates well,

Job Types: Part-time, Full-time
Pay: $20.00 – $22.00 per hour
