We are looking for a dedicated Swim Supervisor to manage children’s swimming lessons and maximise occupancy at our club.
Responsibilities
Lead and deliver swimming lessons for children, maintain a safe environment, ensure high‑quality instruction and engagement, and collaborate with coaching staff to achieve member satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Swim England Level 2 Swimming Teacher qualification or equivalent
- Strong engagement, communication and active listening skills
- Great team player, willing to share knowledge and best practice
- Commitment to providing excellent service and exceeding expectations
- Passion for fitness and children’s swimming
