Job Description
Aqua Joy Swim is hiring passionate and reliable swim instructors for the upcoming Spring/Summer season (May–August).
We specialize in private, personalized swim lessons focused on water safety, confidence, and skill development for all ages.
This is a traveling position, where instructors teach lessons at clients’ private and community pools throughout the Atlanta area.

North Atlanta Cobb County Gwinnett County Surrounding areas
Responsibilities
- Teach private and semi-private swim lessons
- Work with children, beginners, and adults
- Create a safe, positive, and encouraging environment
- Travel to assigned client locations
- Communicate professionally with clients and parents
Pay
- Competitive pay per lesson

Schedule
- Part-time / seasonal (May–August)
- Weekday and weekend availability preferred
Requirements
- Swim experience (teaching or lifeguarding preferred)
- Comfortable working with children
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable transportation
- CPR/AED Certification (or willingness to obtain)
