Key Responsibilities:
• Teach swim lessons at various skill levels for kids and adults
• Work with the Aquatics Supervisor to improve techniques
• Mentor instructors by providing helpful feedback
• Cover classes as system demands require
• Assist in instructional training for new hires
Requirements:
• Must hold National Lifeguard Certification
• Certification in Standard First Aid/CPR/AED Level C necessary
• Competitive swim experience is a plus
• Positive team-oriented mindset required
• Willingness for flexible scheduling during busy periods
