We’re Hiring!
We are looking for energetic and reliable Swim Instructors to join our Santa Monica team immediately.
Schedule & Shift Times (Must be able to work all days below)
- Monday: 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- Tuesday: 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- Wednesday: 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Sunday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Responsibilities
- Teach swim lessons to children and/or adults following the SafeSplash curriculum
- Ensure a safe, fun, and positive class environment
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility
Qualifications
- Must enjoy working with children and families
- Prior swim instruction, lifeguard, or swim team experience is a plus (we provide training)
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Ability to work all listed days and shift times
- Must pass a background check and complete required training
Pay
- Competitive hourly rate: $19–$23/hour, based on experience
- Paid training and certification provided
