Job Overview
Calphin Swim Academy is looking for warm, cheerful, energetic, and encouraging Swim Instructors who enjoy working with young children ages 2–8.
We provide complete training, so previous teaching experience is not required. Our supportive team will help you become a confident and successful instructor.

Work Hours
Weekdays: 3:00 PM to 8:45 PM
Weekends: 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM
Responsibilities
- Teach young swimmers in engaging lessons with smiles
- Help children feel safe and confident in the water
- Celebrate each child’s progress and milestones
- Follow Calphin’s structured swim curriculum
- This role is more than teaching swimming — you will help children overcome fears, build confidence, and develop a lifelong skill.
Qualifications
- You may be a great fit if you are:
- Encouraging, cheerful and patient with younger children
- Responsible and safety-minded
- Enjoy working with children
- Have any swimming background
- Have any swim instructor or lifeguard experience
- Must be 16 years or older
- Able to communicate in English

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $19.00 – $24.00 per hour

Experience:
- Swim Instructor: 1 year (Preferred)
- Swimming: 2 years (Required)
License/Certification:
- Red Cross Lifeguard Certificate (Preferred)
