Become a Swim Lesson Supervisor with Pedalheads in Toronto, Ontario. This part-time role focuses on teaching and supervising while ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for children and families.
Pedalheads is seeking enthusiastic individuals passionate about aquatics to supervise swim lessons starting in Fall 2026. In this hands-on position, you’ll lead instructors and engage with students to provide high-quality instructional experiences. This role blends teaching and leadership, enhancing the overall program while focusing on safety and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver engaging swim lessons following Pedalheads standards
• Supervise lessons and ensure quality and safety standards
• Mentor swim instructors with constructive feedback
• Respond to emergencies and perform first aid as necessary
• Communicate regularly with the Swim Management Team
Requirements:
• Current Lifesaving Society Swim Instructor Certification
• Experience as a Swim Instructor or Lifeguard
• Availability for evenings and weekends
• Friendly and customer-oriented attitude
• Reliable transportation for work
